Mike Mair

Mike Mair, Chartered FCIPD, has worked for Bard Pharmaceuticals based on the Cambridge Science Park for 38 years. During that time, Mike has developed from being a Manufacturing Technician to his current role of Head of Learning and Development. He is a member of the Bard Leadership Team where he influences and plays an active role in developing and implementing learning and development and organisational development strategies. These include people development, compliance, leadership and engagement. His passion for developing people to be the best they can be has expanded beyond the workplace in his role as coach at a Colts football club.
